Behind the Chronic Pharmacist you can find me, Ingrid. I am 34 years old and live in Sweden. As my alias imply I work as a pharmacist and am chronically ill. Mainly, I have two illnesses making my life more challenging (and interesting!) – endometriosis and multiple sclerosis.

As a pharmacist, besides knowing a lot about medical drugs, I also want to optimize my patients’ health. This includes OTC (over the counter) meds, supplements, other pain reducing methods and more. When I was diagnosed I started applying this knowledge to myself, often finding new alternative ways to manage my diseases. And since there are many more chronic warriors out there, not limiting to these diagnoses, I decided to share.
